1) How do I place my order?
You may fill in the order form or email us. We'll guide you to the rest of the ordering process.
We currently accept bank-in/transfer to CIMB or Maybank account only. If you're staying at Sandakan, Sabah, COD / self-collect options are available so you can pay us in person.
3) How do Book Lovers post my orders?
Book Lovers ships your order via PosDaftar for FREE! If you wish to receive your order via PosLaju, please inform us while you're placing your order, we'll work out the rates according to your order. Discounted shipping charges will be offered for order of more than 3 items.
If you're staying at Sandakan, Sabah, we're able to send your orders to you via COD or self-collect. Kindly inform us if you're intend to use this method.

4) What are the other terms or conditions that I should be aware of?
Book Lovers do not accept Refund or Return of stock for damage of items during course of delivery. We'll make sure the item is okay and properly packed before the order has been posted.
